Learn to ride from a pro. U.S. National Team member Dotsie Cowden is now available to coach a limited number of female cyclists, specifically beginner riders and new racers. Whether you ride for fun, fitness or to race, Dotsie will customize a program to help you achieve your goals.
“I believe women need and deserve specialized training based upon their lifestyle and desires, which focuses on their uniqueness and talents. As a woman, I am sensitive to the needs and dreams of women beginning to ride and race bikes and what they wish to get back from the sport. I am offering an innovative, athlete-specific program developed to target on-the-bike skills and women-specific racing tactics, which includes a smart, flexible training protocol.”
